Where am I going to work

You will become a colleague at Profila Zorggroep, a national care provider in the regions of South Holland, Utrecht, the Veluwe, and the Northern Netherlands. We offer outpatient support, residential care, (day) treatment, and work. Employees of Profila Zorggroep provide professional care with love and courage to people with intellectual disabilities or psychosocial problems.

Your team and location

You will be working at our friendly Service Center in Houten. Our ICT team currently consists of: a junior, a mid-level professional, and soon you as a coaching senior. Together, we fall under the ICT & Functional Application Management department, which currently comprises eight colleagues. There is an informal, open atmosphere within the team where colleagues support each other and share knowledge. You will become the pillar of support and right-hand person to the Manager of ICT & Functional Application Management, and the guide for your colleagues regarding infrastructure, systems, and system security. A place where you are not only working with ICT, but also with people: connecting, engaging, and inspiring.

What am I going to do

You are someone who lives and breathes the profession. You are not intimidated by intensity, but rather thrive in it, because you have been involved for years. This enables you to fulfill this broad and varied position exceptionally well. In this role, you guide ICT projects from start to finish and ensure that our network infrastructure remains robust and future-proof. You are a point of contact for both colleagues and suppliers and actively contribute ideas regarding next steps and improvements. You maintain an overview of our ticketing system and ensure that systems such as Office 365, Azure, reservation systems, and telephone systems continue to run smoothly. Additionally, you build structure, create overview, and are a stable factor within the team: you take the lead where necessary, but also wait for those who are falling behind. Not because you have to, but because you believe in what we do it for. In short, you combine technical expertise with the ability to engage, coach, and inspire colleagues, so that ICT not only works but also strengthens the team.

A fixed-term contract for 24-32 hours per week. More hours may be negotiable.
A gross salary in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Disability Care, job group 55, with a gross salary between €3,481 and €5,098 based on full-time employment and depending on education and experience.
Good secondary employment conditions such as 8% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and in addition to your statutory holiday hours, you receive 57 extra hours per year based on a full-time employment contract.
The opportunity to develop yourself through education and training via the Profila Academy or external training.

Your talents

You have already earned your stripes and are self-assured. You live and breathe IT, but you also see the bigger picture: you know how to create an overview and keep the team balanced. You take initiative where necessary, but also give space to colleagues who need some extra support. You possess the knowledge, experience, and insight required to successfully perform this broad and challenging ICT role. You are able to oversee both technical issues and projects, are familiar with complex network infrastructures and systems, and can simultaneously engage, guide, and coach your colleagues.

Furthermore, we ask:

A Bachelor's degree in ICT;
5-7 years of experience in a similar role;
in-depth knowledge and experience with Azure, network infrastructure, Office 364, ticketing systems (knowledge of Ultimo is a plus), reservation systems, and PBXs;
You work from your Christian identity and endorse the vision of Profila Zorggroep . We would like to see this reflected in your letter;
Last but not least: you have a sense of humor and a positive energy that is contagious to colleagues, clients, and those around you.
